Approach

We undertake rigorous impartial analysis and research founded on facts and data providing practical, value driven recommendations on strategy, and operations at project, and organisation levels through the following activities:

  • Qualitative Analysis - For qualitative feedback, we employ thematic analysis to draw out key patterns in meaning to develop themes that have emerged amongst research participants.

  • Quantitative Analysis - For quantitative data, we employ statistical significance testing to look for patterns and trends amongst different groups of survey respondents.

  • Process Mapping

  • Conducting workshops, round tables, interviews, questionnaires

  • Analysis of data we collect on behalf of our clients, we often work with clients to assist in analysis of data collected via their own research and consultation.

Dissemination

We understand that, for our clients, the reporting outputs can be the most important part of a research project.

We work with you to advocate research findings, recommendations and to ensure that any presentations developed are tailored to their needs and the requirements of the report’s intended audience.

Our reports can range from top-line to high levels of detail, presented and delivered in a variety of different creative formats, including:

  • Written reports, slide decks, videos, and infographics.

  • Conferences/Seminars

  • Peer reviewed academic articles

  • Industry intelligence reports

  • Workshops/talks for subject matter experts, policy makers, and thought leaders
