Expert Witness

How we can help:
We provide an experienced expert witness service, and independent advice to resolve contractual disputes for clients, designers and contractors, as well as specialist stone contractors and natural stone suppliers.​

Whereby we can conduct in-depth surveys and reports and investigate the trickiest issues.

​Either as a Party appointed or Single Joint Expert, we understand the primary duty of an expert is to assist the Court on the matters within their expertise.

We offer independent advice as appropriate, using our experience and knowledge of stone and its correct application to provide answers to how and why the problem occurred and the best solutions available to deal with it:

  • Inspection of newly constructed stonework to ensure specification compliance
